Web Hosting
To maintain our legitimate interest in a technically flawless, user-friendly, and economically operated online presence pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, we host our website with the service provider Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
Webflow provides the technical infrastructure for operating this website. Each time our website is accessed, certain usage data is automatically processed by Webflow and stored in server log files. This data includes:

Use of Google Services
Google Fonts
To ensure a consistent presentation of fonts, we use Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Fonts are loaded via Google servers (e.g., fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), which may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google. To make it easier for you to contact us, we use the scheduling widget provided by HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. When you book an appointment via the HubSpot scheduling widget embedded on our website, the following data are collected by HubSpot and processed there for the purpose of organizing the appointment: name, email address, date & time of the booking, IP address, device type & browser, and calendar data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into a contract) to arrange appointments that are part of our services. Since the EU data residency is enabled, your data is primarily stored and processed in the EU. If unavoidable transfers to the U.S. nonetheless occur, HubSpot relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The data you provide when booking an appointment will be deleted by us as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of organizing the appointment, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

SalesViewer
We use SalesViewer®, Universitätsstraße 60, 44789 Bochum, Germany, to detect and analyze company visits to our website (account-based marketing). Through this company-related usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, timestamps and technical identifiers are processed. According to the provider, no identification of individual persons takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in the analysis and optimization of our marketing and sales activities).
